Hauora is the hau (breath) of ora (life). Tā Mason Durie created a model of hauora called Te Whare Tapa Whā as a way to understand health and wellbeing. In 2020, Anne-Marie and Dr Emily Scott collaborated with Tuhi Stationery to create a Te Whare Tapa Whā Habit Tracker for the Ministry of Education. It has been utilised by teachers, lecturers and sporting organisations throughout the country. You can download a free copy of this resource here Te Whare Tapa Whā Habit Tracker.
